Refund policy
At ALAUA, we want you to love your purchase and feel inspired by every piece. As a small business creating small-batch goods, we are unable to offer cash refunds. However, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible items that don't work out. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will make it right and cover the shipping costs to replace it.
The Basics

Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for store credit.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with any labels, tags or packaging attached. Please be mindful of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or strong scents (such as smoke or perfume), as we cannot accept items that are not in sellable condition.
Final Sale Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Shipping & Handling
To help keep our small business sustainable, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.
How to Start a Return

Please use the form below, or email orders@alaua.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number and the item you wish to return.

We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your store credit.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. To help us resolve this quickly, you must provide the following photos:

Exterior Packaging: A clear photo of the box or mailer with the shipping label clearly visible.

Product Damage: A clear photo of the damage to the item itself.
We strictly require this proof to file a claim with the carrier. If we do not receive these photos, we will be unable to assist you with a resolution.
